Come along on Saturday the 27th of July at 11am and learn the art of making salami, we will teach you all you need to know about making your own salami at home.

The course is held at our Knoxfield store from 7pm to 8.30pm and is limited to 6 participants. Due to Prime Safe requirements students cannot take the Salami home but will get to taste it on the day.
