Our Honey Whiskey is an American style rye made in the traditional method and then back sweetened with our Giant Mallee honey.

On the nose, it opens like dusk settling over a warm field — rye spice rising first, bright and assertive, then softening into ribbons of wild honey, floral, golden, and quietly earthy. A whisper of vanilla drifts through, as though carried on the breath of an old oak barrel.

On the palate, the whiskey steps forward with confidence — a crackle of pepper, a flicker of clove, the familiar warmth of rye grain just pulled from the kiln. Then the honey unfurls, slow and silken, rounding the edges with caramel glow and the faint memory of sun-warmed blossoms. It moves with both strength and grace, a dance between fire and nectar.

🥃🍯 Rye Honey Whiskey Cocktail — “Rye & Hive Smash”

✨ Ingredients

• 60ml Rye Honey Whiskey (spicy, warm, honey‑smooth — perfect base)

• 20ml fresh lemon juice

• 10–15ml honey syrup (1:1 honey + warm water)

• 3–4 fresh mint leaves

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

• Ice

• Mint sprig or lemon wheel for garnish
