• 60ml Apple Cyser

• 20ml fresh lemon juice

• 15ml honey syrup (1:1 honey and warm water)

• 30ml honey gin 

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

• Apple slice (for garnish)

• Cinnamon stick or star anise (optional garnish)

• Ice cubes

🍸 Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with ice.

2. Add cyser, lemon juice, honey syrup, gin and bitters.

3. Shake well for 15 seconds.

4. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.

5. Garnish with a thin apple slice and cinnamon stick or star anise.
