🍯🌿 The Basin Backyard Honey Gin — Description
The Basin Backyard Honey Gin is a bright, aromatic spirit that brings together the clean snap of classic gin botanicals with the soft, natural sweetness of pure Victorian honey. It’s a gin that feels both familiar and surprising — crisp enough for tonic, smooth enough to sip, and unmistakably shaped by the character of our own hives.
On the nose, it opens with juniper and citrus peel, lifted by a gentle floral sweetness from the honey. There’s a hint of warm spice underneath — subtle, inviting, never overpowering.
The palate is where the honey truly shines. It delivers a silky, rounded mouthfeel, carrying notes of lemon blossom, soft herbs, and a whisper of vanilla. The honey doesn’t make it sweet; instead, it softens the edges, giving the gin a graceful balance and a lingering, golden warmth.
The finish is clean and refreshing, with a final echo of botanicals wrapped in a delicate honey glow.
Handcrafted in small batches, this is a gin made for:
